Mesh belt dryer

The mesh belt dryer is a batch, continuous production heated by electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating, which uses steel mesh as a conveyor belt to carry materials for continuous drying. The mesh belt dryer mainly transports the pressed finished charcoal ball ,coal balls directly to the flat conveyor through the conveyor, and evenly distributes the finished balls on the dryer through the scraper at the upper end of the flat conveyor to improve the air permeability of the balls and achieve the drying effect. The drying time is generally 20-30 minutes. The high-temperature drying furnace is composed of a chain conveyor made of heat-resistant steel and a high-temperature tunnel kiln. The conveyor belt adopts high temperature resistant metal mesh belt, the balls are dried on the mesh belt after 25-30 minutes of drying, and then output by the cooling mesh belt. The mesh belt dryer is a commonly used continuous drying equipment, which can be widely used in industries such as building materials and electronics. It is especially suitable for drying sheets, strips, and granular materials with good ventilation, and for filter cakes. It can also be dried by pelletizer or extruding mechanism after forming.

Working principle

The main principle of the mesh belt dryer is to evenly lay the materials on the mesh belt, dragged by the transmission device to move back and forth in the dryer, the hot air flows through the materials, and the water vapor is discharged from the moisture discharge hole. So as to achieve the purpose of drying. The mesh belt is made of 12-60 mesh steel mesh belt, and the length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the dryer can be made into a multi-layer type. The common ones are two-room three-layer, two-room five-layer, length 6 -40m, effective width 0.6-3.0m. , Mesh belt, transmission device, air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe, fan (hot air source is set separately), etc. The organic head of the material is slowly dried by drying. The linear speed of the mesh belt depends on the type of material and the water content. The air flow direction adopts negative pressure and porous air intake to ensure the effective drying area and the air flow and wind speed are evenly distributed to improve the drying effect. In order to get the best drying effect and appropriate output, the moisture content of the material, the linear speed of the mesh belt, the air distribution volume and the wind temperature must be properly, reasonably and organically combined.
